This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through shop.ajeyindia.com, operated by Ajey Computer, a unit of Ajey India.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched or handed over for pickup. Cancellation requests are subject to order status and confirmation by Ajey Computer.
Once an order has been dispatched or collected by the customer, cancellation may not be possible. However, applicable consumer rights and remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented products will be respected.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be considered in the following situations:

3. Non-Returnable Products

Digital products, software keys and downloadable items after delivery or activation, except where a refund is required by law or the product is defective.

4. Refund Eligibility and Processing

5. Orders for Store Pickup
Customers collecting products from our store should check the product and accessories at pickup, where reasonably possible.
If an order has not yet been collected, please contact us to request cancellation. Refund eligibility will depend on the order status, product condition and applicable terms and laws.
For products already collected, requests involving damage, defects, incorrect items or other eligible issues will be reviewed under this policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Exchanges and Warranty
